Has anybody made a seat frame for a Nytro? I am looking for some ideas. I have my exhaust gone under tunnel and have removed the stock exhaust heat shield. I am wondering how far I need to spread the load for the seat so I don't buckle my tunnel?

maybee a post in the mountain section will get you a better answer to that. those mountain guys are good with those kinds of mods.

Extreme
Thinking of doing the exact same thing, jsut next season! I want to show off that exhaust. Let me know if you get any good ideas or build something up. I'll try going with a tube style but stainless. I want to keep it looking shined. I would just put it on the outer edge if you're worried about buckling it. You can always reinforce the tunnel if you don't want the frame wide.
