You could just get another set of exhaust covers for when seat is not mounted.

Looking at the picks I like the Kimpex better then the Seat Jack. The 11 up Apex has the pipes tucked in so cutting up the plastic should not be needed. Can anyone verify that.

the wife was a little hesitaint at first being not in control of the sled but after an hour or so she really loves the ride on the 'Queen' seat now...

I have a 2008 Apex MTX. Just wondering if anyone knows if the newer style seatjack would fit on it? Lovw the machine. Just looking to find a way to have it more comfortable for the lady on the back

I am pretty sure the newer style Seat Jack won’t fit on the 2006-2010 Apex’s
The newer style doesn’t have the clearance to go over the rear side exhaust covers.

I’ve used the older style on the newer sled, but like Bob mentioned, I don’t think the newer version has the clearance for the old style exhaust covers.
