has anyone noticed there seats starting to wear at the bottom of the tank and where the tunnel meet. i noticed mine has a 4" tear, looks like its from my boot and the fact the seat flares out at that point. do you guys know any way of fixing this?

Not sure how to fix the OEM seat cover but we do offer a more durable seat cover for the Apex/Attak.

will the seat cover you have in the picture work with standard exhaust & does it still have an opening for the tool box? Tough to tell from the picture. Also Price?

$190 for the slip top
$215 for the grip top

Yes the opening is there for the rear tool box. Yes it will work with the stock exhaust that cover was put on that sled before the exhaust was done.

Here is the link to the web page on the cover http://www.sledsolutions.com/store/prod ... cts_id=302

Thanks,
Paul

I pulled my seat off to dye the silver stripe and noticed a small tear in the underside of mine.
if you look at the picture above, my tear is in front of the letter A where the tunnel meets the custom fabricated piece.
Stupid me, I decided to dye it and now i am afraid the dealer is going to say i did it when i removed the seat. Or installed the seat wrong and it rubbed through.

You cant see it unless you remove the seat. I am thinking i might just wait till it gets bad then replace it with one of the covers in the picture above.
looks like a real nice seat cover. And no stupid silver stripe to dye black.

will the seat covers be on display at haydays? Nice to see the difference before purchasing.

Unfortunately we will not be at Haydays......Novi in Michigan November.

Trust me you won't be disappointed, if you do choose to buy one and you get it and aren't impressed I will take it back.

I'm planning on having a custom Apex based sled at Hay Days with a Skinz Protective Gear seat cover on it.

I will post sometime closer to Hay Days as to where the sled will be if you want to check it out.

Did you buy the cover from us?

No. I brought my sled up to the Skinz shop last week. They are currently working on making the seat cover for me. I had them make some custom storage bags for my SRX last spring. Their stuff is top shelf. ;)!
