I bought a new take off secondary off of an 2006 apex and I am putting it on a 2003 rx1 both are stock . The question is do I have to put the 03 helix and spring in the 06 clutch ? I did notice the 03 spring has a white paint dash and was on hole number 3 . While the 06 had a purple paint dash and was on hole #6 . Is the 06 setup ok to run ? and if it is different what should I expect. Thanks in advance any help would be apprecited!

the secondary's are the same so if you liked what you had use it, if you
try other set ups make sure you are spinning 10200-10300

Sounds like the new one is twisted to at least 70 degrees. Depending on other components in and adjustments that could have been made to your machine, the R's may be a bit too high. Try it as is, and go from there. If the Rs go only a couple hundred high, then set the twist back to 60 degrees.
