6-2 is tighter than 6-1. Won't effect how the belt sits at rest assuming the clutches are closed all the way. On a stand it will be difficult to get the secondary to close all the way because of the 4S engine braking. You'll have better luck checking the deflection when you ride and coast to a stop which will allow the clutch to close all the way. From a performance point of view, 6-1 allows clutch to shift faster (lowering RPM) slightly. 6-2 will result in higher RPM and slower shifting, but faster back shifting of the clutches. In heavy snow conditions, 6-2 holds RPM better as clutches shift slower due to the tighter wrap.
