Can anyone tell me what the normal amount of play there should be on the jack-shaft for a Vector with reverse. The sled only has about 75 miles on it.

I measured about .100" of end play on the secondary clutch and about 2.250" of rotational play.

Thanks...

I have the same amount of play in mine and am told by Dealer this is normal for an ER sled. By the way your belt is on backwards. Arrows should face forward. :4STroke:

Yup! It sure is backwards.. If they don't have arrows then the lettering needs to be rightside up to read from the outside of the sled.. MM. ;)!

Good job guys you passed the test !!! I was wondering if any body would notice. I noticed that when I went to measure the amount of play and figured I would post it like that to see who was paying attention. Obviously I was not paying attention the last time I put it on.

Thanks, I was hoping the amount of play was normal I hate taking a brand new sled back to the dealer.
