Hey Guys i attempted to go from the Sprucedale Hotel to Parry Sound, the Seguin Trail has not had anyone on it this winter we were the first on it and in some spots the snow was 4 Feet deep and im not exagerating, there is trees down all over the trails and we made it from Sprucedale to Orrville we had to get off the trail @ bear lake due to most of the bridges have been condemed and blocked off with cement barriers we were able to talk to the builders of the new bridges and he told us that it will be 2 weeks before the bridges are completed and the seguin trail open,i will report more as the details as they become available to all my out of town freinds if you are comming here to Huntsville Area to ride KEEP YOUR HEAD UP !!!! the trails are a long way from being safe.......

I rode some groomed trails south of Baysville ,the trails were decent but had to zig -zag around some low hanging pines , Im hoping this warm weather will drop the heavy snow off the pines and they will come up and out of the way these trails are forest access roads and are the first to be groomed , We ride D-Trail from Bracebridge to Sprucedale for lunch several times a season , hopefully the Parry Sound club can get the Seguin trail up for the holidays
