I just purchased a Rage, love the sled for the record. Only problem is that it has a 1.5 inch paddle. Awesome for offtrail but worthless on icy conditions like I find myself in more than I care to talk about. Anyway, my question is this; would I be better off swapping out the track with a 1.25 or 1.00 so I can throw in a few studs or simply shave the 1.5 down some?

Glad you found a 4-stroke finally.

Are you going to keep this one, this time? What is that, like #4 this winter now - ha ha

Sent you a PM on the track situation.

Dan, why not buy a 1" predator track and keep the 1.5" paddle track for days when you head off trail? Then you would have the best of both worlds covered. :dunno:
If swapping out a track was only a 10 minute job I'd do it :ORC

if you ride trails most of the time, i would say....

sell your current track, someone will buy it...

and buy an iceclaw for that rage.... i have one on my attak and vector... very nice tracks, give u that extra traction when needed, yet without all the weight and risks of traditional studs...
