A big key to a smooth ride with this chassis is coil front shocks. Again I'm talking plush..nothing to do with adjustability..if you go back and watch/read reviews of the procross cats when they first came out in 2012 the riders say they far prefer the sleds with the coil over front shocks compared to those with floats. I hafta say I agree with them 100%. It really doesn't matter how well your rear suspension is setup..if you enter bumps and the front isn't working properly it is going to throw off the entire sled
Thats what I am thinking as well.

Again I haven't ridden my particular sled yet with just the coil over shocks..I picked those up after the season was done, but since you have ridden a standard ltx you know exactly what I mean when I say it's plush and handles awesome. I dare say that every aspect of the standard ltx is better than the ltx se..just a shame we couldn't get that model with some color lol oh well I guess, I spent around $400 and getting the suspension to be just how I want it so I can't complain at all there..sure beats spending $2k+ on custom shocks.

COLOR = BLUE is what I think you are referring to.Again I haven't ridden my particular sled yet with just the coil over shocks..I picked those up after the season was done, but since you have ridden a standard ltx you know exactly what I mean when I say it's plush and handles awesome. I so wanted the blue white, liked the Red /black of 14s but not in the same league. Then I saw the RED /WHITE and if I couldn't have the BLUE/white that is what I would have.

Stingray I ride the opposite, will go 200+ miles a day often on smooth trails if mid week or early on week end, I want smooth and total control to rail corners and fly some drops with almost always a downhill smooth landing.
So I am happy with my choice.
