Sidewinder btx Help?

Bought this sled a couple of months ago as a demo it now has 850 miles on it no mods,here is what it is doing.....Took it out today have to run a mile or two before hitting the groomed trail ,less than a foot of loose snow it starts clucking and felt like it was slipping almost like the drive cogs were slipping ,but done it all the time even going real slow and not under load,then finally came to a drift and had to come on to it or get stuck and after that it went back to normal,it never done it before and neither has any other sled i've ever owned (and i have had a pile of them) or if they did they kept doing it until fixed.Just wondering if any one else has experienced this?
