I personally don’t think it’s too loud. I can still hear myself think while cruising along. I never had a chance last year but this year I’ll also see if my wife can hear me any differently on our headsets compared to the MPI quiet muffler.

The mpi loud can is more of a higher pitch sound and the d&d can is a lower deeper sound. Back to back dyno runs shows good gains going to a 2.5" exhaust vs the 2" mpi can.
It is not loud at all but makes way more power than the suitcase.
This s on a 235 hp 14 XTX
This is just cruising on the 15 XTX at 225 hp
This is standing about 15 ' away for the 14 at 235 and 265 hp
thanks for sound bites . ordered mpi can . so I have stock muffler mpi quiet and a spi can for viper
you won't be sorry i am in love with the sound and it is not any louder than my Pro R 800 or S - 800 with stock mufflers

Well I can finally comment that the mpi race can is not loud at all ,actually quite tame i would call it, just finished the install of mpi's 190 kit on my 15 viper ltx, thanks to Mr Sled for helping me understand and program the gems with slp header
, got about 5" of fresh pow here in south western up, got a chance to go for a spin, but no traction and hitting rev limiter realy early, my turbo clutch kit hasn't showed up

Mine is a stage 1 but did not require a different program still at 10.5 afr at wot
my is too so it should be good to go haven/t rode it with turbo yet hope I/m surprised
