Does anybody know where to get a good price on 6 inch carbides for Simmons ski's?

I've ordered the shapers from Stud Boy rather than getting the Simmons carbides. The shapers are 69.00 U.S. for a pair of 4 1/2 ".

greenmachine, where did you buy the Shapers. I was looking in the Dennis Kirk mag and did not see a part number for the Simmons. I had heard Stud Boy was making wear bars for the Simmons but have been unable to locate them. Did you buy direct from Stud Boy?

Okay, I went to Stud Boy's website and found the following:
Shaper Bar 4.5" carbide for Simmons Ski - Part #SIM-S2351-45 @ $69.99
Shaper Bar 6" carbide for Simmons Ski - Part #SIM-S2351-60 @ $79.99
Does anyone know of a place other than Stud Boy that may have these at a lower cost?

www.bergstromskegs.com Makes wear bars for Simmon's now too. They outlast everything else I've tried, and there are alot of Converts from last year. I don't need new ones yet, and there's 2 seasons on my current set...Good luck how ever ya go!

Check out www.throttleinc.com
they list the 6 in. for 56.00 per pair I have not bought from them but they seem to be the cheapest. I run a 4in on inside of the ski and a 7in flat on the outside and works ok for me but I don't ride to aggressive.
