went to tichigan radar run this weekend, borrowed a customers sled to go have some fun, it was a stock 05 rx-1, with steel picks, 10-1 low compression pistons, carrillo rods, our cpr lake race turbo, with a free flowing exhaust, it was lowered just slightly, and it was dynoed at 335 hp, the track was shot by the time we got there (2.00 pm) we unloaded it and ran 131.7 right off the trailer, we then turn up the boost abit more and it was really hauling #*$&@ when around half track it starting lifting the front end from the extra power, dan stayed in it as long as he could, then had to lift out of the throttle before it went over backwards, skis were easily 3 ft in the air by 3/4 track. wish i would have had my cam corder going, it looked awesome. just need to make some extra adjustments to the suspension to keep the front end down. for a first outing i was pleased. hopefully i can find time to work on my own sled. lol jeff

when is it, kinda tough to go far from work this time of year, lots of radar runs around here, how about you make the trip? i'll even put you up for the night. jeff

SIMONS CPR: This is probaly the Biggest outlaw shootout in the country. there will be the fastest guy around there.

It would be awsome for you guys to come and kick the #*$&@ out of everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was going to be 3-5-05 but it's going to change now. I'll keep you posted

i'd like to go, but it depends on the work load, is this on ice or snow, any type of chassic or classes? what distance? drag or radar? jeff

Good run Jeff. Lake Delavan, Sat 29, 1000' plowed, no classes, $$ for top speed I think.
Going to be a bad #*$&@ SIMONS CPR SRX there. Mine.....

i heard your running great, my viper ran 109.8 in 1000 at tichigan, but the starting line was toast. we'll have to get there early this time. looking forward to seeing you there. jeff

Jeff there will be 2 tracks. One track will be a plower 660 foot ice track. The other track will be a snow covered but maintained track. This event is huge and the fastest guys from Canada and michigan always come.

You should try to make the time to come.

142 mph from rockford reds 4 stage nos sled. it runs pretty hard, i'll have to get my sled together and see if i can give him a run, he'll be tough. jeff
