we ran again last nite, traction was terrible, 60 ft time was 1 tenth slower than previous nite we were there, that alone would have put us in the 8's, only around 15 cars there total, we had the second fastest thing at the track, we will try again soon to achieve our 8 second goal out of a stock full weight chassis. the only thing changed on the sled is a f-7 rear susp to improve the ride of the 03 stock susp. jeff
60' 1.630
330' 4.093
660' 5.991
mph 125.31
1000' 7.608
1/4 9.011
mph 157.70

this has my agressive lake race turbo on it. we can provide you with a set-up like this for your sled and give you a money back guarantee on the results. this will easily be a mid 8 second sled when the tuning is finished. jeff

???

Jeff Your results are no different then the guys posting on the 2005 asphalt post in the racing section!!!! Why don't you start posting your results there???

I read on yor website your non lake race turbo will go 9.31 et 134.5 mph on pump gas. If thats accurate Why cant you bump up the boost on your non lake race turbo and run the low 9s or even break into the 8s?

j blurr, the trail turbo runs 9.3 - 9.5 depending on traction, it is set up pretty good as for clutching and suspension, you could easily tun up the boost on that kit and run low 9,s if everything is right. this sled i'm running now hasn't had any suspension or clutch tuning. if you look at the ets from the trail turbo, the 60 ft time was a 1.3 vs the lake race turbos 1.6, right there it has lost 3 tenths, it continues to lose until the track hooks up, then it is still quicker to the 1/4 mile time with an extra 23 mph trap speed, all i,m showing here is what raw hp will do. if you have a sled with a awesome 60 ft time, and a great 1/4 mile time, but it has a low mph, it shows you are making it fast thru tuning, not necessarily hp. when you have a sled posting times like above, its shows one thing, raw hp, now fully harness it and it will run a mid 8. are you going to get your sled on the asphalt tis year? jeff

The difference between 9.3 and 9.0 is about 6-7 sledlengths or 3 car lengths . Thats actually a pretty big difference .

Jeff, no clutching, you mean stock weights, spring and helix???? You're kidding, right? You have to be hitting the rev limiter big time!!!!

no, i mean we haven't tried to dial into the hp, just threw some stuff in there, its working ok, but it will be alot better when we dial in the weights. jeff
