Blue Oval said:Sherlock, did the LTX come with ohlins as an option? i personally love the look of the white and red combo. Are there any other concerns with the suspension on the mono?sherlock29 said:yes the LTX's do fit in the 10'.... drive them i as close to the front as posible.... and watch the snowflap when lifting open....
PS....... He's gonna love the Motor!!!!!

2008 40th anniversary model had ohlins for all three shocks. I have the same sled in 2009, I got GYRT shocks up front and an electronic remote Ohlins for the mono.
I cant speak for what the Apex LTX specifically got. I have one of each of the above two between my budy and I, but they ate Apex LTX GT's.

I worried about my new LTX fitting into my older (2002) 10' Triton clam shell trailer. It fits without too much of a problem. As someone else said, you have to make sure you ride it about a foot further forward than a 121", and be careful with the snow flap in the back when opening the cap. My LTX fit on my trailer with my buddy's Nytro at the same time.

I don't think a dealer will give him $5,500 for trade. Good deal if he does.

Well my friend and I picked up the 09 LTX last night. They gave him $5,000 for his 08 XP with "1,900" miles. Couldn't believe it! He got a brand new cover as well for 100, they did take 60 off since he supplied his trade with a brand new XP cover. He gave them 1,800 and now he's the proud owner of an 09 Apex. Anybody selling some Pilot skis? Doug
