Heres a few photos floating around the net of the ace900 being tested in ontario/quebec.Rumours a buzz of this being ski-doos mythical turbo sled(which it may be).But a thread poster on one sled forum was talking to someone riding this sled stating it was not a turbo.The rider told them it was to be position between the 600ACE and 1200doo triple.Seems this motor will replace the 500ss motor for 2014?Don,t see an intercooler intake(rumour it has three power settings).

Ski Don'ts have some great looking rides, they really DOO [pardon the pun] they have some issues...then again ALL MANUFACTURES DO......Sorry to say that YAMAHA falls into that group as well.
Hopefully 2014's Ride will have worked out a few more bugs.

I'd prefer to see it as a non-turbo sled. I've ridden the Polaris 750 turbo and the amount of heat that comes from under the hood is ridiculous. This could be a hell of a mid powered sled from doo.

One source on a sled forum was told by his BRP dealer this sled will replace both the ETEC600 and 1200triple four 2014.Can,t see the ETEC going but the 1200 is not a rotax design(cosworth deal with BRP)so maybe this is the next step.

900 ACE will not replace the 600 etec. Way to much money being made on that model for it to be replaced. But, they don't have a 100hp sled. The 600 etec is 118hp. The old 500SS is 103hp. It may replace that sled, but not the 600 etec. It will also not replace the 1200 unless they have a an ACE motor that is larger or 30+hp more then the 1200 that they have not released yet. We will see 3 weeks.
I do think eventually the 2smokes gotto go and the 900 will be interesting to se.. Even though I think Yamaha is ahead in the engine game a high power ski-doo 4 stroke will mean some seriouse competition as I think they got both build quality, nice design and foremost awsome handeling
Looking forward to atleast 3 of the manufacturers offering competetive 4 strokes as it will benefit us all (what the heck is Polaris doing not offering 4 strokes??)

WOW....The BLUE ones seem to have a lot more HP than I thought over DOO's, I would pick the BLUE ones REGUARDLESS....Butt Thats Just Me
