skins float plate?

here's what i did with the yamaha accessory plate (read, not float plate).

cut front nose cone cover off, installed on sled nose cone. had atp plate cut to fit for the stock undercover. rolled edges like stock and skidplate. bolted up to bottom like skid plate. two piece plate allows full coverage, no snow loading, and looks great. the atp is hidden under the sled so unless it is on its side or standing on it's tail, you'd never know it is there. i believe this will hold up to an impact alot better than any plastic plate. and if the diamond plate doesnt do it for you, you could always have it powdercoated the color of your choice. just my .02 ski
