Skinz air frame boards (XTX vs mtx)

Hey guys, I have a 2013 nytro XTX. And I've got a chance at a set of MTX skinz airframe running boards for a really good price. They don't have the XTX ones nor will they be getting any in. What's the major differences between the XTX boards and the MTX boards. Also any major differences between the two tunnels aside from the extension on the end? How much of a hassle (if at all) would it be to get the mtx ones on my '13 XTX. Or should I just suck it up and buy the XTX ones full price?

I was told by skinz when I bought mine that the xtx is a little bit different than mtx. there are indents on the rear of the boards that are there to clear the bolts towards the rear of the tunnel. so they can be used just need to be modified to clear the bolt.
