Skinz Ultra Q exhaust for Phazer

gabe, jp where in CO are you? I lived in Vail 13 years(92-05). I'm gonna roll down a few times in spring and, if the snow lasts, a time or two in summer. With the the way things are going, you guys will be sledding into July, no problem!

I left CO before last winter and you guys are having the two best winters ever. I think about coming back a lot

It probably still needs to be cooled like the stock one. I'm keeping my tunnel open. It just pulls a little harder. It's not an incredible gain or anything like that. I am also riding at 11000 feet and up. I need every extra bit of power I can get. The gains may be much more noticeable at lower altitude. For me, it sounds a lot better and is much more responsive on the throttle. Better out of the corners. Good ,crisp throttle response is what I noticed most.

I'm in MI, so I'm at a much lower altitude than you. Maybe I'll get some more out of it.

About the cooling of the exhaust, I might try to contact Skinz to find out if it really does need to be cooled. If it doesn't, I'd really like to close my tunnel completely.

i'm around the front range and northern colorado often. gabe we gotta do a sled trip around the back side of purgatory

Let me know if your coming down to Purg, to ride... I don't know the area super well, but I've been up there a couple times and would definitely go again.

Did you have to cut your stock system or was this a direct bolt up system?
