Just purchased a leftover 2016 LTX-SE with the Tuner 3s. I ride 100% trails in SE and NE Wisconsin - coming off of a 2013 Polaris Switchback 600 I had set up with Bergstrom triple point carbides and ski savers.

I'm not likely to get any riding in this spring yet, so how should I configure this thing so I'm good in fall? Is it worth replacing the Tuner 3s? Or just different carbides?

I dumped the tuners on mine and purchased curve XS skis with dually slim jims 6 inch carbide. Sled flat out rails in corners, best upgrade I have done. I ride 100% trails in Michigan and the U.P...

Sounds like Skidoo 6.9 or 5.7 pilot skis are a favorite also. I just bought some pilot 6.9 but won't be able to try them until next winter no snow here!!

i have found the curves with 6 inch shaper bar and 4inch leading edge to be a fantastic setup for aggresive trail riding without to much steering effort. I had slp slt skis and the curves work much better
