- I've got an '06 RTX which currently has a set of the x-tra wide PILOT skis on them.
- I only managed to get around 1000 miles on them last year and don't really have anything to compare them too.
- They're WHITE and the rest of the machine is black and red!!

- Here's my question...do I look for different skis or stick with the pilots, but find some in black?

- I want to get rid of the white, but want to know what ski is best.

I got the yammy skis with bergstroms other than a little ski lift I'm happy, my buddy has the pilots 5.7 and he loves them,less ski lift, and my other friend has the c&a's and he also likes them. All Apex's. My advice if your happy paint them, I have wasted money on carbides and buying and returning skis. I wish I kept some of that money for other things. Coat of red paint LOL. The other thing you could check is ebay I know for a fact the red 5.7 pilots go for really cheap if you can find them,they don't match ski doo colors my buddy paid 25 apiece for his

Those Curve Industries ski's look pretty cool John and are suppose to work great.
I would love to have a pair of white ones with a red or black loop

where did you get them in white? I'd like a set for my apex.

Simmons gen 1 work great on mine, and they have white if thats what you want.

I have the "Dartless Plates" on my skis and they perform the best out of everything I have tried to date.

i have c@a skies on my rtx and they make a huge improvement over the stock skies i really like them.

save your money. go to royal distributing and get a pair of snow tracker for the pilots. if you drive fast get the extreem ones. if you dont like them you should be able to re sell them for a good price
