I don't know about Canada, but if you have Comcast with on demand it is on Pinks season 4 Ep 5

Go to sports and fitness and then, speed channel, then Pinks. Thats where it will be listed.

Watched it a couple of hours ago.

I went to the Pinks web site, and couldn't find it. I just keep the episodes auto-tuned and hope I catch it. I'm sure if I miss it, it'll be a re-run soon.
