slider issue on yamaha apex xtx

just wondering if most riders are having a problem with slider wear on the apex xtx. I have 1,000 kms on the machine now and seems to be ok, I also run studs in the track so maybe that is helping, dont want to add the wheel kit unless I need to. just wondering if people running studs are having the same wear problems as sleds without studs. I also drift off into loose snow from time to time to make sure the suspension is always loaded up with snow. anyone have any thoughts on the issue. I also find on all the other yamaha sleds I have owned that the slides wear down to a certain point and then they stop wearing any further. usually get 2 or three seasons out of a set of slides with average seasonal riding.

I always coat my sliders and rails with a coat of grease before installation. It makes the removal a who lot easier.
