im extending my zx-2 to take a 163" track, and need new and longer slides...
do i have to buy them from adboivin or can i use slides from another snowmobile?

Best bet is to buy from ad. But on the same note they only make extensions to 151. So that's the max slide length they have. If you want to go longer you will have to search around. Not sure whats available beyond the 151 length.

I think the ZX2 uses a certain style Skidoo slider, but I'm not sure which SC suspension.

I think they are 94-96 sc 10. Or profile 8 by ski doo. I'm not sure but can find out when I'm home.

If you find a place that sells them let me know I looked all over and ordered profile 8 and it was the wrong slides. Best bet has been AD directly.

Royal Distributing has them. Profile 8 which is not SC-10 suspension. Looks like SC-10 is profile 21.
Longest in graphite is 52 1/2 but in white they come in a 64 1/2 for 86 to 95 Formula and safari sleds.
93 94 Scandic II uses a profile 8 slide and it comes in a 64 1/2 inch length! That one is probably in black!

Doo number for my 136 ZX2 = 560312800 I cut about 6 = 8 inches off of them to fit. I think the length is 52 1/2 inches.

Cool because I contacted AD Boivin and they want $30 bucks a peice, or was it $40. I forget, either way its alot of $$

so what is the correct part number for the 144 hyfax? graphite? Best place to get them? Thanks

i just got some profile 8 for the zx2 and its not the same size. i need to find some in town because i just got a 136 track and the only thing i'm missing its the slider.
Doo profile 8 is the correct slide. I just replaced mine.
