Is it normal to see smoke from the front right side? I notice this condition after the machine has been running for awhile and then sitting at a stop sign or letting it idle.
Thinking exhaust leak, chaincase oil burning, or just steam and nothing to worry about.
Any ideas? Chaincase level appears to be ok.

How many miles on the sled? When my exhaust was replaced it smoked, and is still smoking when I start it as I have not been able to put any miles on it since it was replaced....
Before it was replaced I never saw what you speak of.

I've had a few flexpipes crack and do that. Put a rag in each muffler, and while sled running check under hood for leaks and or exhaust smell.

Check for any smell, mine does that too, but I found that it was just steam. The coolers under the running boards were steaming and it was coming up towards the front of the sled. The exhaust comes out right under the gas tank/ handle bars, and if there was leak there, IMO it would be loud, and the gasses/ smoke would be coming out from under the tunnel.
