Snow flap replacement question

Hey guys,

I want to put on a new flap, but didnt realize that it was riveted on. I want to just drill out the rivets and replace with a bolt/lock-nut. The sled is up at my cabin right now so I don't have it in front of me...what size bolt/nut will I need?
