So who offers the best-looking snow flap? It’s a detail we don’t think about much, but it adds a lot of character to the sled when combined with the right accessories. Pix and details would be appreciated here guys.
I like the Yamaha stock ones a lot. I also like the new Skinz snow flaps. They make long ones and short ones, so you dont have to cut them if you want it super short, like some mountain guys.
Well after looking at the new Skinz snowflap on line I ordered one through my local supplier. For the $80 I spent on it I was more than just a little disappointed. The material they used to mold the flap reminded me of the serving tray they use to serve lunch to middle school kids! The flap and I parted ways and I am now the proud owner of a stock Yamaha flap.
If Skinz would have built their flap with a more pliable material, we would have lived happily ever after. Just my 2 cents!
