I must say that I'm very disappointed by the ski alignment from the factory on my 2024 SRX. When I went to adjust the skis for zero toe-in as recommended in the instructions there was 1inch of toe-out on the skis and when I straight edged the skis with the track the left ski accounted for 1/4" of the play and the right ski having 3/4" of the toe-out. As some of you might know the inside tie-rod jam nuts are in a pretty awkward place to get to especially with power steering. I've installed Snowtrackers on 2 Vipers and my 2020 Sidewinder and I didn't find enough toe-out to worry about it but this one really shocked me. Well I guess that's my gripe for the day and it's snowing here in the Abitibi Temiscaming region of Quebec Canada. Whoo-hoo.

Was your sled set up by a dealer that maybe had a new employee do some adjustments? Thats a long way off.. Normally ski’s are installed and adjusted by dealers or is that not the case in your area? My 2024 Ltx was set up by the dealers and they showed me that the toe was perfect when we went over pre- inspection before completing the sale…

I believe the tow is set at factory and GOOD dealers probably check this before delivery. I ALWAYS check mine on every new sled I purchase. Especially these days with manufacturing and service at dealers. Not all dealers but it sure seems like service is nothing like it used to be.

Yes my sled was set up by the dealer, it was a left over that I picked up in August, they do charge $400 for the PDI but I have never seen a check list on the last 4 purchases from this dealer. Dealer that I bought from before had a list and they did a inspection with you and they also went through the machine with you including how to remove all the panels and hood.
My last sidewinder would not steer at all in the soft snow on the trail from an overnight dump and I brought that one back to see what could be done and the mechanic moved the bolts in the holes for the front arm and rear arm and made it worse, plus the track was rubbing on the slide rail tips. I used TY4stroke and ended up fixing the suspension myself, I've never seen a group that is so helpful and never ridicules anyone such as here
