Does anyone use a portable snowmobile jack? I'm curious on how well they work and if it would be good to have one on my sled. From the pictures I've seen they look like they would get in the way while riding but very useful when needed. Let me know.

very useful when needed.
any possible hinderance is generally made up for by its usefullness when a 4 stroke is stuck.
for me, its the cost that makes it toughest to swallow.

I hate carrying it and people actually make fun of me! LOL But when I am stuck with my 600 pound Nytro by myself in five feet of fresh pow it was worth the hassle of carrying it.

i made fun of my buddy when he bought a jack, but after i used it once i had to have one. don't even notice the jack on the sled and i actually use the base plate as a heat deflector so i can carry extra gas with an above tunnel exhaust
What jack do you suggest buying? Does anyone have pictures of them or website?
