I presently just use a ski dolly and 'I' lift up the rear end of the sled and kick the ski dolly underneath the track (it can be a royal PITA). I am going to pull/tweak something in my back sooner or later (especially when the tunnel is built up with snow/ice after a ride).

Can anyone recommend a lift jack and WTB one? How tall does it need to be for an Apex?

Thanks..

have one that lifts the sled with one hand and is in three wheels so you can roll it around , i will try to find the name it also has a cylinder to aid the lift and is adjustable for differant heights

Yes...that is what I am looking for. I just need it to lift the back of the sled up and get the track/studs off the ground. Putting the dollys (with wheels) under the ski's is easy but lifting the a$$ end up get heavier each year I get older..lol.

yes i am older too and it helps a lot , ps. you can use it to place a wheel kit in front first then lift the back if you want

i looked and the company was bast lifts and ski dollies but they might be out of buss. i bought mine a long time ago BUT you might want to check www. easy move snowmobile carts.com . they lots of good stuff

I always bring it inside to the same spot. Above the sled at the front and rear is a rope puller. I can either lift the front or back or the whole sled up about 5ft. into the air. I tie off the excess rope to the bumper for safety reasons. Massadam makes good ones here in USA.

I did a search on google and found the site to be www.eazymovecarts.com They have exactly what I am looking for when it comes to a stand for the skid. Thanks guys!

I've had an easymover since 1996 and love it. It has saved my back and my concrete so many times I can't even count em. I only wish I had another one.

if you lift the front of apex . the bumper is only plastic so pick some other spot
True..mine broke the other day after 2 years or so. Come to find out one of the 2 mounting bolts on each side was missing when I was taking it off. I must of came out by vibration in time. Found at the bottom. So it put all the stress at the area of the remaining bolt and cracked..There coated so I don't know if loctite will hold the new bumper well.
There is a metal cross member that holds the top hood panel. I used that to get the sled up after the break.
