On Saturday Jan 2, 2010, my husband and I were married south of Grand Marais, MI at the Seney Claus Hot Dog Stand on trail 443. LES Warning with temps in the single digits with sub-zero windchill made for perfect wedding weather! Friends created a wedding aisle with their snowmobiles for us. Our Nytro and Apex served as maid of honor and best man. As part of the ceremony, we made a "unity snowball" in lieu of the unity candle. ...dream weddings really can come true!

Our pictures were taken by our friend, professional photographer, and fellow snowmobiler Kevin Coghill (Detroit/Chicago). They can be viewed at http://www.snowlover.shutterfly.com. Rev Debra Pearson of Prayer Lighthouse Ministries of Indian River, MI performed the ceremony. My flowers were courtesy of Brew's Creation in Floral of Grand Rapids, MI. Groomer provided by Grand Marais Sno-Trails Association. Many thanks to the Bidelman Family of the Seney Claus Hot Dog Stand! And thanks to Lake Superior Brewery for their hospitality later that evening!

Hey I was there and witnessed the whole thing it was very cool.Most unique wedding I've been too.Just glad to see the bride on a Yamaha.congrats and wish them both a happy life. ;)!

I saw you guys and when you left I was warming up near your bonfire Santa was telling me about it then I saw you guys went by the santa hot dog stand the bride was wearing veil!! Sweet!! :Rockon:

congrats.....Saw an article in the MSA mag. regarding a trailside wedding. I can only assume it was your wedding. Very Nice.
 
Sorry we missed it. Went riding that day; we were going to go to the Seney Claz but opted for Hulbert instead. Couldn't believe it when I read all about it in this months MSA mag.

I wish you smooth trails and many years together!
