I have a pair of snowtrackers on the way, do I still need to shim the skis?

Try it first but its recommended to remove some weight on the skis one hole.

I just tried the aggressives this year it will rail like it's on tracks. They work as advertised although Steering effort seems about the same

ok, thanks. They just came in . . . confusing and crappy instructions . . . cant wait to try them. Does the website have decent instructions?

If I remember correctly their site instructions are the same. There are some videos on youtube that may help

All of the Trackers that I bought came with a very small instruction sheet that I thought was adequate to get the job done.
