I started out upgrading my 03 with a used holz front end three weeks ago and still havent gotten it together and no i work out al the kinks (original bushing do not fit the holz a arms...)

i smacked in the new oilite bushings in the bulkhead and put one of arms there and it is alot of play backwards forwards (the bushings are tight not the problem) so i looked at my old one and on one of the them it was a white plastic cap sitting between the a-arms and bulkhead put it on and it cut the distance in two... thought perfect more to order kick up yamis homepage parts and so on but wtf it not on the partsfiche :o| am i the only one having this problem also wenn ever i order parts from the local dealer it is ALWAYS wrong

do i have and experimental rx1 becouse everyone thinks yamaha is such a great manufacturer thats stands for longlivity quality and so on mine at least is #*$&@ the only good part is the engine but o what and engine it is :P...

Now to my question do any one know of the white plastic caps i am speaking of and can healp me out with a yamma number or is it just my machine that have them och had them...

thanks for all your help without this homepage i´d thrown a match in the gasoline tank a long long time ago...

i finally found a picture of them the small white one he is holding where are they in the partslist?

I think you mean parts no. 37 and 39 for the upper a-frame and parts no. 47 and 49 for the lower.

The picture is for a RX-1 mountain 2003.

I don´t know why the forward ones are with different part number. I replaced all the bushings before this season including these small washers and I just replaced all of them with part no. 90209-15N50 and it worked out fine.

thanks

thanks alot :P
I spoke to a dealer in northern sweden that accualy called yamaha sweden and none of them found this and i know i saw those parts but i thought them to be washers...

The White washes should tighten things up. I had to use them for my TImbersled front end

WASHER, PLATE
90201-106F2-00

WASHER
90209-15N50-00

Those should be the washers you are looking for. The second # I belive is the white washers.

They are listed on the Ski picture in Port Washingtons parts look up
