Soft HandGuards for 2006 Apex

I see in the FAQ the Powermadd soft handguards but on both Powermadd and Royal Distributings sites it appears they no longer carry these. Is this the case? If so any idea where/if i can buy them??

Thx. i like the 2nd one but went to their site to order and the shipping to Canada was about the same price as the guards themselves.. So looking for a local place who might have them.. DOn't see them on the royal site anywhere.
