Soft Start Spring Question

So I was thinking about getting the soft start spring from BOP, but I was wondering that if I get the Thunder products clutch kit, is that spring now a waste?

You can use to bop spring with the TP clutch kit. Plenty of people do it. I used to do it but went back to stock spring. Engagement with TP kit and stock spring is right around 3200, and I want to say right around 2800 with BOP spring. I felt the BOP spring with the TP kit made the sled feel kind of lazy so I switched back to the stock spring
