Adding PC5, Ignition Box and Auto Tune to my XTX, Added Hygear Dual Rate Springs, removing the Ice Ripper 144 and changing to a 1 3/4 Back Country... Here are a few photos of my progress.
I also extend my rails back to try and stop some of the snow dust kick.... my back and azz gets wet from all the snow dust beyond the boards. I also have to get my ski mounted scratchers installed.
I also changed drivers to the Apex Extroverts and axle. Had to move the drives just a bit to get them to be right on to my stockers...

Did you have to cut 3/8" off the rails to keep from hitting the extros or did you only do the 5mm grind off? The only solution I had heard at this point is to actually cut the rails 3/8". I am about to install some extros from a 11' rtx into my 09' xtx

I was told that you only need 5 mm to use Yamaha drivers other drivers may need more.

Since you mentioned grinding the front of the rails, does anyone that's running 9t doo drivers had to do this as well?
