At what milage or kms are people changing there spark plugs on an apex?

Some guys are doing them every year.... dont know why you would need to. I guess they feel better for some reason? I have the same plugs in my 07 apex (cr10's) that i put in after i broke it in. Six years later no indacation or need to switch them out...runs and starts perfect. When guys say they have or are fouling plugs they are doing something wrong when starting or are not telling ya everthing. I will say the guys that seem to have issues are the ones starting in the summer or winter for one or two minutes then shut them off .... or start them in the winter and just cant leave the throttle alone and let the sled warm up. Not saying it cant happen but it should be very rare that it ever happens. I had a T-cat 1000 (2 stroke) used to foul plugs almost every time I would start it cold and a friend of mine said ..start it , let it idle for atleast 5 min then touch the gas. ...Never fouled another plug in that sled ! They need to warm up to burn the extra spent fuel off during the cold starting process (choking,or enrichment on EFI at start-up).

I pulled the plugs on our sleds when they were new, put anti seize on them and reinstalled and haven't looked since. I would say 20 to 30,000 miles is a good changing point.

I changed mine at about 16,000... not having any issues but figured as long as I was going to all the trouble to look at them (for the 1st time) I might as well put new ones in.

My Apex has spark plugs????

hehehe....maybe someday, but if it ain't broke. .....

I've changed them in cars....waste of money for any ecu injected stuff, they were clean and no performance or any gain with new ones. But I do get concerned if they will come out someday down the road.....
