Spark Plugs

I just installed the Holtzman kit on my Phazer MTX. I have heard somewhere where you need to use differnt spark plugs. Is this the case, and if so does anyone know which ones to use.

Does the Phazer run 9's the same as the stock Apex?
If so, put in the CR10EK.

I am going to try the Denso iridium IU31A plug. It is a colder plug yet.
