Are Apex Spark Coils Coils Interchangeable with Phazer???

I need some APEX spark plug coils, so I checked on Ebay. Those sellers are all listing their coils as compatible for Apex and Phazer, but the shop manuals indicate they very different coils (although the mechanical fit is the same ), Apex coil spec is 5k - 6.8k ohms, while Phazer coils are 10k ohms.

Does anyone know what's going on here, why are all these guys listing coils as suitable for both Apex and Phazer when they are clearly two different coils? The engine I have is a 2006 Apex. Thanks.

What year phazer?
06 apex shows same part number as 08 phazer
