2003 Yamaha RX1. Intermittently the engine light will blink 2 times, long pause then blink two times over and over. I have the service manual and I believe this is the thumb warmer code. Also when it's doing this the entire speedometer cluster will go out and come back on as if the ignition was turned off then back on. I've wiggle tested all harnesses and can't manipulate the concern. It's very intermittent and does not effect engine runibility. Can a shorted heating element cause the cluster to do this or is it possible the CDI unit is at fault? I tried to attached a video but the format doesn't seem to be supported, hopefully someone has seen these symptoms or has experienced this. Thanks
