I just put in some blue springs and took out the silver. I have not taken it out yet on the trail. Do I need to sync the carbs again with the spring change? I did sync them after installing the filters and stuff.

You probably won't throw the synch off adjusting the fuel screws either. But if you happen to have a manometer, it takes less than 1 minute to check them.
