Started sleds up today and noticed a puddle of coolant under the 04 Mountain sled on the throttle side past foot well. Wondering if anyone else had this happen to them and where I should first look to see where it is coming from. Sleds are in the trailer and too dark to have a good look. Will be bringing it into the garage tomorrow and would like to know where to start the hunt for the leak. last year I had a very very slow leak but could not pin point where it was leaking from as it would come and go. I am hoping now that it has let go that this is where it was slowy coming from last year.
I could be the overflow on the tank... Mine did that a couple times, and I traced it to the overflow every time

My 04 Warrior was leaking at the end of a hose at the hose clamp under the engine. Hose clamp wore through the hose.
Sorry I can not be more specific as the dealer found it when they had the engine out .

I had the hood open and I don't think the coolant reservoir got overfilled and spilled out. I am going to check the line running to the right side running board first as that would be my first guess. Will let you know what I find.

I took the side panel off today and it is coming from under the engine. What would be the best way to get to this from underneath or from the top does anyone know?
Got her fixed the leak was coming from the hose attached to the front heat exchanger under the cover you have to take off to drain the oil to change it. The clamp was not sealing the hose properly. What I did was slide the original clamp over to the middle and installed a gear hose clamp. So as not to have to take the hose off and drain all the coolant. While working on it I noticed that I had lost a rivet nut for the skid plate so I replaced it. Also noticed the hose coming down from the thermostat housing to the front heat exchanger was up against the oil reservoir and was starting to work a hole in the hose. To fix that I put 4 nylon tie straps on the hose where it was touching the oil reservoir.
