The odd time when I let off the throttle at around 60 - 100 km/h i hear a squeak sound when I put on the throttle again. What is this? Sounds like clutch?

mine does it if i shock the driveline with a sudden stop. i think its cuz the clutch doesnt downshift properly. I've heard/seen it on countless other machines with a belt drive, so i consider it normal. im guessing the clutch doesnt like it. sleds/atvs/ brands all do it.

it's your primary slipping on the belt because the belt is jammed down in the secondary - once your secondary moves enough to get the belt back to the top and close everything is right after that.
