Squeal in 04 RX-1 primary Clutch

I am a new owner of "04" RX-1. It will occasionally squeal when its at idle, its fine when engaged. It seems to be coming from the primary cluctch, belt seems good but has sat last year for most of the season. Looking for ideas or if a common problem?

Likely you or the previous owner have put a new belt on it and the deflection [belt ride height] needs to be adjusted.

On the back of the secondary are 3 small bolts with washers on them. Remove bolts and put in thinner washers so the secondary does not close as much while stopped at idle and the squeel will disappear.

Or you can ride it a few hundred miles, the belt will wear in some and likely the squeel will disappear.
