I am looking to get rid of the sag in the back end and will be bringing a passenger once in a while when she wants to go. Which would be the best option for me and is there anyone that has tried the both of these? Does the Star Suspension kit help with 2up riding? The pricing is similar with either option just not sure which is best for me. If you think heavier springs what spring rate should I go with.
I weigh 205 before gear and the wife weighs 130 and I bring a 12L Doo jerry can on back with me.

I have the Star Suspension kit in my sled and I have only bottomed it once since I installed it. I weigh about he same as you. It rides much better than stock. If your riding two up I dont think it would hold both of you if the trails are rough, but if its fairly smooth you will be fine. Shane

I have it on currently and it will work for you riding alone but won't change anything riding 2 up, you will have to do a spring swap accordingly. I loved mine last year but changing set-up for next winter.

I have the Star kit with heavier springs (1600 I think) and can't remember bottoming once last year...I'm about 300lbs with gear and gas...very happy with the upgrade, no more spine jolts lol.

I have the star kit and 1900 nm springs and I rarely bottom. I weigh 330 with gear is plus a 12 gas can on the back. To ride 2up you will definitely need stiffer springs. The star kit helps with weight transfer and ride.
