Starter relay?!? Need help..

I currently have a 2008 nytro. Snowmobile sat for 2 years before I drove it again last year, as I was away for work. Mid way through last season I began having starter relay issues and then eventually the starter. Replaced all and even bought 2 new relays for backup. Started all summer, I pull it out of the garage for the first ride last night. Threw code 12 at me again. It didn't even click, just nothing. I jumped the relay it then started. Tried two new relays and again wouldn't start. Would only work if jumped. Once sled is warm it will start eveytime, it seems to be weather bearing? Just stuck scratching my head, all out of ideas. Any help would great, just want to ride :/

Thanks grizz, going through it now. I pulled my plugs and.... Yeah they were new last year and are pretty caked now. Fouled out.. Do I check the Airbox for oil, I have a feeling it's not going to look good
