Starter relay replacement

Hi,

Can I use a starter relay from a Raptor?

Raptor part Number: 4XE-81940-12-00
Nytro part number: 8GL-81940-00-00

I have a cheap source for the raptor relay, and need one for my Nytro asap as my current relay has started to act up on me.

Will it work?

Not sure...if the plug is the same I don't see why not

Yes, it will work with no modifications but it does mount sideways rather than vertical. I know of at least one person running the raptor starter relay on a Nytro this season.

Thanks a lot. Thats what I wanted to hear.

3 out of 4 times the relay would not kick in on todays ride.
