Went out to start the sled in the morning, hear a click from near the battery won't turn over. Discover that it's coming from the starter solenoid. Placed a screwdriver on the solenoid contacts to bypass and it turns over. Let the sled warm up and tried to restart. Started no problem that time and the rest of the day. Do the connections freeze sometimes overnight? Or is this an indication the solenoid is going bad and should be replaced?

Something to keep and eye on for sure, could have been iced up a bit.

I used a ford old style solenoid in place of the dinky Yamaha one, it works great, and it was much cheaper!
