starting issues on turbo

hello apex lovers i changed my battery now my apex turns over a lot and i need to feather the gas to get it to start after it starts it idles and runs good . this was also the first time i started it in over a year any ideas? i was thinking maybe the inter-cooler to carb didn't seal right would that cause is ? or maybe i just need new plugs?

i would say the plugs but i would check with a scope to make sure all the boots are on right. have to do that to bolth of mine every year on stock air box.

Is the stale gas from last season still in the tank?
