Guarantee to get the sled , but they don't guarantee you will get it before anybody else

Well it's official my dealer is not getting his vipers and all his sled are going to go to a different dealer to pick up there. Downfall is Theyr still in the god dang warehouse!!!! Common yamaha ship those machines !!

Just got word from my dealer today that my red ltx se just arrived yesterday. I'll be picking it up on Friday. Can't frick'n wait to ride with all those Doo boys! By far the best looking sled on the market right now!

I think we have the same dealer, it is bs that this is happening. Over two months late and now we have to go to another dealer and pick it up and we still don't have a pick up date. Yamaha get your crap together and get the freaking sleds out!!!!!!!

Where are you guys from in upstate NY. I am from Hudson Falls and got mine from SPORTLINE. They have sleds in stock now. I picked my LTX 2 weeks ago.

Phibbs powersports? I talked to brownell the new dealership he's great guy I went to check out the demo viper there. He thinks he should have them by end of the week. At least Theyr honoring the purchase agreements. I wonder in a crazy conspiracy theory kinda of way phibbs knew they wouldn't be selling sleds advertised rock bottom prices and just kept deposits. I got my yamaha raider through them and dealings were super smooth. Unfortunately I have a service package on my raider or I'd never set foot in that place again

You should also check TROY CITY GARAGE in Troy NY. Did you snow heck sleds in April and what about your deposit? Dealers supposedly had to send them to Yamaha under your name. You should be calling Yamaha.

Same here phibbs, was my dealer, key word was! Not sure what happened but it really ticks me off, glad I didn't get the service upgrade package when I ordered it. Let's just hope that we get them before Xmas

Already did and honoring deposit and previous purchase agreement. I hate Troy city. their sales team have been complete aholes to not only me but friends. A friend went into Troy city with pocket full of cash to buy a quad she sits on it to check it out thinking this is the one. A salesman comes over starts screaming at her you can't sit on this yadayada. Needless to say she left empty handed. That's general feeling I've always gotten there is they're the customer and your there to help them.

Yes I know three of us that snow checked them in APril or B4. Sounds like its straighting out. Could be as early as this weekend or possibly next week. Got my fingers crossed. Yamaha is working with us, but I think they should have contacted us ASAP. Maybe we'll laugh about this someday, but still worried until its on my trailer
